WUFENG TRADE LIMITED (梧鋒貿易有限公司) was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2019, but our team settled in China 20 years ago — when Chinese industry was only entering the world market. We deliver complex projects in biotechnology, oil & gas chemistry and the food industry: we develop process solutions, supply complete equipment packages and provide installation supervision and commissioning. Our main markets are Russia and the CIS.
Over 20 years in China, we have built experience that matters in major industrial projects: from selecting a reliable factory to payments, documentation and equipment start-up.
We established our presence in China 20 years ago. We have developed first-hand knowledge of manufacturers, factory capabilities and industrial supply. Equipment and manufacturer selection is based on years of practical experience, rather than the first available quotation.
Our customers are industrial enterprises in the CIS. We specialise in contracts from USD 100,000, with an average contract value of around USD 1 million. We understand the requirements for shipping documentation, inspection plans, equipment quality and delivery schedules.
We have built a network of established manufacturers over many years. We work directly with factories, without Chinese intermediaries, to agree on technical requirements and supply scope. We select manufacturers that build their brands on quality and reputation and value long-term cooperation.
We address payment arrangements while preparing the supply contract. Taking account of the customer’s bank, payment currency and contract terms, we propose a suitable way to pay for the equipment and agree on the payment procedure.
We may offer deferred payment for equipment for up to two years if the customer can arrange an unconfirmed letter of credit for the supply. Financing availability, duration and conditions are considered for each project.
We work closely with Russian design organisations to align supply with Russian legislation and project documentation. Where required, our partners develop process engineering and process automation design sections (ТХ and АТХ).
All staff working with customers speak Russian. Customers do not need to negotiate with the Chinese factory themselves: we coordinate technical requirements, documents and organisational matters.
We address export documentation before shipment. Correct preparation helps customers avoid unnecessary customs expenses when importing equipment into Russia. Documentation is part of the supply process and affects the total delivered cost.
